Salt – ½ Tsp. Cooking Oil – 2 Tbsp. Water – 1 cup (Approx.) For the Chicken Filling: Minced Chicken – 250 g. (mixed with a pinch of turmeric, black pepper and salt) Cooking Oil – 3 Tbsp. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ Tsp. Crushed Fennel seeds (Saunf) – ¼ Tsp. Finely Chopped Onions – ¾ cup Garlic paste – 1 Tbsp. Ginger paste – ½ Tbsp. Spices – ½ Tsp. Turmeric paste, 1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder, 2 Tsp. Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp. Garam Masala Powder, ½ Tsp. Chaat Masala powder (optional), ½ Tsp. dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri Methi) Green Chillies – 1-2 Lime juice – 1 Tbsp.
